Are you a dynamic professional with experience in marketing, sales, and CRM systems? Join our team as Marketing and Sales Specialist where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a range of exciting tasks across global markets!
We are looking for someone with prior experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, as this is highly preferred for the role. You should also be tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
Excellent communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of Finnish or other languages is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, handling everything from marketing initiatives to administrative responsibilities. They should also have previous experience in updating and developing www-pages, presentations and other materials.

Event Coordination: Plan and arrange exhibitions across EMEA and the US, ensuring smooth participation.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
Global Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans for the team globally.
Order Management & Shipment Handling: Process order acknowledgements and address delivery-related inquiries.
Office Support: Assist with general office maintenance, and services tasks.
Reporting: Prepare reports for key stakeholders.
Location: Tampere, Pirkanmaa (Hybrid role – 3-4 days in the office, flexible working hours)
Finnish work permit and residency are mandatory.
