Our Electrical Fingerprint Platform (EFP) delivers critical data in seconds, enhancing the performance and quality control for electric vehicle battery manufacturers and recyclers. We operate from our expanding office in Tampere. 

What You Will Do?

The position requires a hands-on attitude but also the courage to try new solutions. 

Our Ideal Candidate – Wish List 

We don’t expect you to master all of these, but this should give you a clearer idea of the qualities and expertise we’re looking for now and in the future: 

• Years of experience in data analytics, AI, or machine learning, with a strong track record of applied solutions. 

• Industry expertise in sectors such as Test & Measurement, Manufacturing, or even better from the Battery Industry. 

• Business-driven data analytics: Capabilities to link data analysis with real-world business needs and customer objectives. 

• A problem-solving mindset with a clear understanding of emerging trends in data, analytics, and AI, and how they can be leveraged for innovation. 

• Ability to integrate complex data: Experience with integrating complex process data and comprehensive measurement results into actionable dashboard insights. 

• Understanding of enterprise and legacy software, with experience in integrating new technologies into existing systems. 

• Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems, with experience in platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 

• Experience in sales or customer support, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
  
  
• And most importantly, a fearless attitude to propose and test new innovative ideas that push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
